The Ultimate Brewer’s Guide 2025

How often have you gotten out of bed, walked into the kitchen, and thought, “I wish I had TVC right now!” You’re probably saying, “too many times to count!” And friend, we get it. Between a busy schedule and those mornings when you can’t pull yourself away from the coziness of that bathrobe and couch, you deserve coffee at your fingertips.

For this reason, we’ve compiled our favorite brewers in one place just for you! Below is a breakdown of how they work, why they shine, and when to reach for each one.

AeroPress Go~

The Moments It Shines: The Aeropress Go delivers clean, sweet cups in literal minutes at home, the office, campsite, and anywhere else your heart desires.

Why We Can’t Get Enough: It’s fast, convenient, travel-proof, affordable, compact, and incredibly consistent. Is it the coffee companion you never knew you needed? Absolutely, friend!

Starter specs: A medium-fine grind works best. Use 14 to 18 g of coffee to 200 to 250 g of water. Then brew for 1 to 2 minutes, followed by a press for 20 to 30 seconds.

Chemex 8-Cup~

The Moments It Shines: If you want bright, tea-like clarity with a smooth, velvety body, this is your gal! It's big enough to pour multiple cups and share with those around you, and also big enough to save some for later.

Because multiple cups for yourself are absolutely necessary, you know?

Why We Can’t Get Enough: Every cup is immaculate, largely thanks to its thick bonded filters that guarantee pristine sips. Did we also mention that it’s stunningly beautiful? Who wouldn’t want this on their counter?

Starter specs: Medium grind works best. 50 g of coffee to 750 to 850 g of water. 3½–4½ min total.

The Ceramic Pour Over

The Moments It Shines: The Ceramic Pour Over just doesn’t miss. Its precision delivers a cafe-style experience with hands-on at-home barista fun.

Why We Can’t Get Enough: This is by far one of the easiest brewers to use. It gives a consistent, full-bodied cup by utilizing its single large drain, which captures all the grounds while releasing all the goodness.

Starter specs: A medium-fine grind works best; bloom for 30 to 45 seconds. Slowly pour the rest of the water in circles, trying to keep the mixture even.

French Press

The Moments It Shines: We almost feel a little silly with this one. The French Press is beyond iconic, and that’s because it has been a consistent staple for coffee lovers for many years. The rich texture produced cannot be described as anything other than elite.

Why We Can’t Get Enough: Its simple design offers big flavor that keeps you coming back for more. Robust flavors come through with ease.

Starter specs: Coarse grind works best for this. A 4-minute steep, gentle stir, skim, then slow press is all you need.

Note: Although we don't currently sell this jewel, we still recommend it and believe it will be a great addition to any coffee lover’s collection.
