Frequently Asked Questions

Simply find the coffee beans you would like to receive on a subscription renewal basis. Once you select the product then select the size, grind and interval at which you would like to receive your shipment. After you place your order you will be all set to go for the next shipment at the interval you selected on the product page. You will receive a confirmation email where you can access the customer portal to manage your subscription. Scroll to the bottom of this page to get started!

You can set up your subscription for any of our coffee bean products in both 12 oz bags and 5 lb bags. Click here to see what products are available for a subscription plan.

Coffee bean orders can be set up to be shipped every week, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or monthly.

There are two ways through which customers can access the customer portal and manage their subscriptions:

  1. When customers purchase a product, they are sent an email with their magic link that will take them to their customer portal. (It automatically expires every 7 days.)
  2. Customers can create an account on our website and login, where they can see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead them to the customer portal where they can manage their subscriptions.

We use a "Pay As You Go" plan. With "Pay As You Go", you will be charged at regular intervals, as per the order frequency and interval of your subscription. This plan type charges you just for the 'immediately next' recurring order or delivery.
