Brewing Instructions
Set Things Up
Put the filter in the V60, and place it over your mug.
Pour some hot water through the filter to rinse it and warm up your mug. Dump out that water afterward.
Add Coffee
Add your ground coffee to the filter and give it a little shake to level it out.
Start the Brew
Start your timer (or just eyeball it).
Pour a small amount of water (just enough to wet all the coffee—about 2–3 tablespoons).
Wait 30 seconds. This helps the coffee "bloom" and makes the final cup taste better.
Keep Pouring
Slowly pour the rest of the water in circles, trying to keep things even. Try to finish pouring around 1½ minutes in.
Let the water drain through the coffee—this should take about 2½ to 3 minutes total.
Drink Up
Toss the filter, give your coffee a quick stir or swirl, and enjoy!
