Whether it’s the familiar face strolling in for their usual cup, a new story shared over a morning pour, or a cause we can all get behind, we believe every sip is the foundation to something greater. That’s why we created our fundraising programs. 

The truth is that coffee sells itself. Many people love it, consider it the most important part of their day, and will routinely create a budget around it. So, why not sell something your supporters will already love? Whether for your football team, local church, or other causes, set yourself up for success. After all, fundraisers are the heartbeat of any community effort.

Here are two options to help you reach your goal with so much ease!

The Virtual Fundraiser

Our Virtual Fundraiser is a fresh take on traditional fundraising, enabling you to raise funds both near and far. That means that friends and relatives can participate from anywhere! (So, make sure to tell your aunt, who is always saying she wishes she could help, that her time to shine has arrived!)

Here is some info on how it works: It's all done online, which means no door-to-door sales and no carrying around products. Yay! You can sit back and let incredible coffee and merchandise ship directly to your supporters.

Once you've determined when you want your fundraiser to start and end (we recommend a duration of 2 to 3 weeks), contact us, and we'll help you begin the process. From there, we'll create a custom online storefront for your group, complete with a unique URL that you can share via text, email, or social media. Friends and family can shop from anywhere in the U.S. and choose from our full selection of roasts, cold brew cards, and merch. A dollar amount of every purchase earns your team money, and every order is shipped out fast.

The best part? You'll never, ever touch a dollar or have to deal with the logistics. We take care of all of the processing, fulfillment, and your payout. Once your fundraiser ends, we'll send you a full report of sales and a check with your total earnings—usually within two weeks. No guesswork or fuss. It's a win-win all around, friend!

And just when you thought this deal couldn't possibly get better, to keep the momentum going, the team member who sells the most (with at least $100 in sales) will receive a $25 virtual TVC gift card. A little friendly competition never hurt, right?

Sip & Support: In-Person Fundraising at TVC Cafés

If your jam is to bring the community together in person and create traction for your cause in a boots-on-the-ground way, our Sip & Support program is for you. It is a one-day fundraising event hosted right at one of our cafes. All you need to do is pick a Tuesday in one of the designated months (March to October), invite your community to come out, and for every supporter who mentions your name at checkout, we'll donate 25% of qualifying purchases back to your group.

It's an awesome way to raise money and bring your community face-to-face to show their support for your cause. We'll even give you promo materials to help spread the word as you gear up for the day.
